On Tuesday, January 24th from 5pm to 9pm, CMSAC will be hosting a fundraising opportunity at the 5th Ave. Chipotle. Either show this event page or simply tell the cashier that you’re supporting CMSAC so that 50% of the proceeds go to helping survivors of sexual violence.
You can also use our event hashtag for your chance to win a CMSAC goodie bag! Feel free to check-in, share your favorite Chipotle dish, or take a selfie at the event and post to either Facebook or Twitter with the hashtag #CMSACEatsForChange.

Please consider donating diapers to Operation Baby New Year. The diapers go to several amazing organizations, including the families we serve at CMSAC.

Why donate to Operation Baby New Year?
Lack of access to diapers and supplies can cause children to get sick, and force families to skip work in order to care for their infant or toddler.
Unable to afford diapers, they are forced to choose between a range of undesirable alternatives such as cutting back on basics such as food, utilities or child care in order to purchase diapers for their children.
That is why we started Operation Baby New Year, to make sure no parent or guardian has to make those difficult choices in times of need. Last year between our winter and summer diaper drive, our community partners helped raise over 170,000 diapers for families across central Minnesota, an estimated 35,000$ of diaper assistance (operationbabynewyear.com, 2016).
With your support, we can continue to provide diapers the many local organizations in our area offering programs and shelter to those living in crisis.
The drive runs until January 1st. To find a drop off site near you, please click here: http://www.operationbabynewyear.com/
Are you a parent/guardian or partner of someone that experienced sexual violence and want to learn more on how to support them?
Join us tonight at 5:00 pm for the next session of our Concerned Person’s support group. New group members welcome.

If visiting Santa is a part of your family’s holiday festivities, please remember that sitting on Santa’s lap can make children feel uncomfortable. This is the perfect time to teach children about consent and allow them to practice it. Telling children that their body belongs to them and that they can decide how they interact with Santa is essential for allowing children to practice consent.
