Central Minnesota Sexual Assault Center (CMSAC) provides free and confidential services to individuals and organizations in Stearns, Benton, Sherburne, and Wright Counties.

24-Hour Crisis Phone Line
Immediate, confidential support for anyone affected by sexual violence.

One-to-One Support Counseling
Private sessions focused on healing, emotional support, and coping skills.

Individual Psychoeducation
Information and education to better understand trauma, healing, and recovery.

Support & Psychoeducational Groups
Safe, supportive spaces to connect and learn with others who have shared experiences.

Human Trafficking Services
Support, advocacy, and safety planning for individuals impacted by trafficking or exploitation.

Support for Individuals in the Sex Industry
Nonjudgmental support and resources for those involved in any part of the sex or erotic industry.

Safety Planning
Personalized plans to help increase physical and emotional safety.

“Safe at Home” Program Assistance
Support with Minnesota’s address confidentiality program.

Harassment Restraining Orders (HROs) & Orders for Protection (OFPs)
Advocacy and guidance through the protective order process.

Law Enforcement & Court Advocacy
Support before, during, and after contact with law enforcement or court systems.

Hospital Advocacy Services
In-person support for individuals receiving medical or forensic exams after an assault.

Professional & Community Training
Educational presentations and trainings to increase awareness and understanding of sexual violence.

Referrals to Other Services
Connections to mental health, housing, financial, and other community resources.

Community Collaboration
CMSAC partners with local organizations to promote survivor-centered, trauma-informed practices and raise awareness about sexual assault.

Victims’ Rights & Options Information
Guidance and education focused on healing, empowerment, and informed decision-making.

Education & Prevention
Providing factual information and outreach that challenge myths and attitudes contributing to sexual violence.
