This event brings awareness and helps raise funds that go directly to supporting survivors in our community. Join us Saturday, April 25th for our eighth annual Walk Together: Uniting Against Trafficking event. CMSAC has served Central Minnesota; including Stearns, Benton, Wright, Sherburne Counties for more than 45 years. Our mission is to support survivors of sexual assault, trafficking, and exploitation through crisis response with no cost to the survivor. Proceeds from the walk participants and sponsorships go directly towards supporting trafficking survivors in our community. If you have capacity to attend or share this post with your friends, family, and community members it would mean so much to us! These are a few common reactions to experiencing a traumatic event. Sexual assault can be a lifelong healing process, but support is available💗 For today's Heart Highlight, Tabby shares with us some ways she shows care for not just her friends but herself! 🍳🎥🌳📚 Around Valentine's day our staff had a yummy sweetheart's potluck 💌🌷 We also had Cassie lead a self-care activity where we made some super cool diy glitter tumblers.
