Central MN Sexual Assault Center
Heart Highlights Time! Today, Liz shares what she thinks the world needs a little more of πŸŒŽπŸ’Œ I believe you. Your feelings matter. You matter. Happy feature Friday! Katherine joined our team in January as the Social Work Intern from SCSU. She has been a wonderful addition! πŸ’«πŸŒ· We have a heartwarming series called Heart Highlights. Why stop at Valentine's Day? This series will highlight different ideas in which you can implement love, care, and kindness in your life πŸ’™ Life is go go go, let's take a few moments to take some deep breaths. With Valentine's Day coming up, we want to remind folks that consent, boundaries, and respect are imperative for any and every situation. You deserve safety and love! πŸ’•πŸ’• Today our staff wore orange for Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month. This year's TDVAM theme is "Real Love Respects." Respect empowers youth to recognize harmful patterns early and to expect more from love. Because respect is everything, it’s earned, it’s honest, and it never makes you question your worthπŸ’› We recognize February as Black History Month, but we also want to acknowledge that education, celebration, and acknowledgment is imperative every day of the year. Happy Black History Month! πŸ’™ We're hiring for a full-time position! Email your resume to cmsac@cmsac.org if you're interested.
