#GivingTuesday

In 2015, #GivingTuesday raised $116.7 million for nonprofits. This was 145% more than what was donated in 2014. With this many donations, it’s easy to see why #GivingTuesday has become a tradition, not a trend.

If you can’t wait until 11/29, donate here: https://www.givemn.org/organization/Central-Minnesota-Sexual-Assault-Center

forced-affectionLetting children give consent in these situations teaches children that they have a voice when it comes to providing consent.

Sexual Violence and Disabilities

Disability rights journalist, David Perry, states that individuals with disabilities deserve to pursue healthy sexual relationships, to live an independent and full life, and more importantly, justice. Read about it here: https://psmag.com/rape-culture-and-disability-319e001ce3c2#.skbyyt2xr
