Can anyone come to these groups, or does on have to be sent there by a therapist or Doctor?I’m just trying to find myself again.

A therapist or doctor referral is not necessary to attend one of our support groups at CMSAC. We accept walk-ins for two of our support groups: The Women’s support group and The Concerned Person’s support group.
